Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! Due to the unique and energetic nature of our products, our policy varies slightly between in-store and online purchases. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your purchase.
Online Purchases
- Returns: If you're not completely satisfied with an online purchase, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "as new" condition, including any tags and specialty packaging.
- Exchanges for Defective/Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at yoursublimejourney@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item to confirm its condition. We'll guide you through the exchange process.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
- Bundles: If returning an item from a discounted bundle, the bundle price is no longer valid, and your refund will be calculated accordingly.
- Initiating a Return/Exchange: To start a return or report a defective item, please email us at yoursublimejourney@gmail.com.
In-Store Purchases (Brick & Mortar)
- Final Sale Policy: All sales made at our brick-and-mortar location are final.
- Exchanges for Defective/Damaged Items Only: We only offer exchanges for items purchased in-store that are found to be defective or damaged. Please bring the item and proof of purchase to our shop for assessment.
