Shipping & Delivery
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 3 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way. Any processing delay will be communicated via email within 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-8 business days (longer for Alaska, Hawaii), after your order has processed and shipped. Shipping is free for all orders over $75. We primarily use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for standard shipping.
- Express Shipping: Arrives within 1-4 business days, after shipment, for an additional fee. We primarily use USPS, FedEx, and UPS for express shipping.
- Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on stock availability.
- Shipping Delays: If your order isn't delivered within 20 business days, please contact us at yoursublimejourney@gmail.com so we can assist with an investigation.
